The 30 day FRUIT CHALLENGE with Dole is coming to an end and I would love to give you a little summary as well as more information about fruit to keep you inspired ♥︎ (German version below!)
As you all know fruit plays an important role in my life. Over four years ago I adopted a vegan diet with a high amount of fruit. I made the switch after experiencing several different health problems after going off the pill one year prior. I had developed hypothyroidism, my liver levels were crazy high, my face was full of acne breakouts and I had gained quite a lot of weight. After unsuccessfully trying out many different things, diets and protocols to heal my body I came across this lifestyle as a possible cure. I did more research and decided to go vegan – I excluded all animal products and most processed foods from my diet and started incorporating a lot more whole foods and especially fruits. Within the first few weeks I already noticed changes: my energy levels were higher, my digestion improved and I started feeling so much better in my body.
